I have successfully downloaded and saved the hp print and scan doctor program, but whenever i attempt to run it, it extracts ok and starts to "search for products", but then i get a windows notice that "hp print and scan doctor 4.9 has stopped working".. I have just downloaded ver 5.0 of hp print & scan doctor. when i double click the icon, it asks to make changes on the system and then nothing happens. i downloaded the software again and repeated the procedure but no change.
